Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Card Price Lookup Chrome Extension and related services (the “Service”) operated by Blue Luchador LLC.
This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
1. Purpose
The Service is intended for legitimate personal or internal business use related to trading card evaluation.
You may not use the Service in a manner that harms, disrupts, exploits, or competes unfairly with the Service.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
2.1 Automation and Scraping
- Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or headless browsers
- Systematically extract comps or output data
- Attempt to build datasets from Service output
- Mirror or replicate Service functionality
2.2 Competitive Use
- Use the Service to develop, test, benchmark, or improve a competing product
- Analyze Service output to infer proprietary scoring methods
- Conduct competitive research using systematic queries
- Attempt to replicate internal algorithms or workflows
2.3 API and System Abuse
- Access backend APIs outside of the authorized Extension
- Attempt to bypass authentication or subscription controls
- Generate excessive or abnormal traffic
- Probe or scan infrastructure for vulnerabilities
- Attempt denial-of-service attacks
2.4 Data Misuse
- Redistribute comps at scale
- Sell or sublicense Service output
- Publish bulk output
- Create derivative databases from Service results
- Use output to train machine learning models
2.5 Subscription Abuse
- Share accounts across multiple users in violation of plan limits
- Circumvent usage caps
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks after service use
- Manipulate payment systems
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns for abuse
- Rate-limit excessive activity
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Block IP addresses or devices
- Pursue legal remedies where appropriate
No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.
